GarantiBank specializes on Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model electricity generating power plant projects, Transfer of Operating Rights (TOR) model thermal power plant and electricity distribution projects and Auto-producer model co-generation projects. Besides these projects GarantiBank is interested in infrastructure projects such as pipelines and motorways, as well as real estate, shopping mall, harbor and tourism/hotel projects.

GarantiBank evaluates the feasibility reports, conducts scenario analyses, and provides assistance in developing the optimal capital and financing structure. Later, in the financing phase, GarantiBank assists its clients by arranging the loans and providing agency service.
