SME Project Finance

SME project finance loans are a type of loan developed jointly by GarantiBank and Credit Guarantee Fund (CGF) to finance the investments of SMEs in any sector. These loans are approved on the basis of the ability of the investment to generate returns and cash flow. They are extended on terms of up to seven years depending on the investment's ability to generate returns and they also come with an initial six-month grace period.

As there are no sectoral limitations, SME project finance loans may be made available to any SME that is able to make a good case for its investment in the form of a feasibility study. However preference is given to investments that have the potential to generate export/foreign currency earnings and are capable of competing in international markets.
