Gold Fund

On 24 April 2007 GarantiBank launched its Type B Gold Fund for investors who want to put their savings to work in gold.

With the GarantiBank Gold Fund, investors can invest in a mutual fund that is designed to produce yields that parallel movements in gold prices and in this way take advantage of the short, medium, and long-term returns that gold can generate.

Investors can also keep track of gold market developments in their portfolios by means of the 100% KYD* Gold Index, the GarantiBank Gold Fund's performance benchmark.

Trading hours

Buy orders that customers place between 09:00 and 12:30 hours on a trading day (T) are effected on the next trading day (T+1) at the price in effect on. Buy orders placed after 12:30 hours on a trading day (T) are effected two trading days later (T+2) at the price in effect on T+2.

Sell orders that customers place between 09:00 and 12:30 hours on a trading day (T) are effected on the next trading day (T+1) at the price in effect on T+1. Buy orders placed after 12:30 hours on a trading day (T) are effected two trading days later (T+2) at the price in effect on T+2.

Trading limits

Trading orders must be placed in whole-multiple lots of 1 (one) GarantiBank Type B Gold Fund share.
