You can deposit all your savings for your child in a time deposit account that will be opened on behalf of your child.

The minimum amount to open a Garanti Time Deposit Account is;

10.000 USD/EUR (or YTL equivalent) for 3 months deposit account
5.000 USD/EUR (or YTL equivalent) for 6 months deposit account
3.000 USD/EUR (or YTL equivalent) for 1 year deposit account
