Garanti's Human Resources Management & Planning Department acts in partnership with all business units. Human Resources support Garanti's strategic plans through the design, development and implementation of specific and focused programs structured to meet employee and corporate goals.

GarantiBank's Management Trainees' Program

GarantiBank seeks dynamic, achievement-oriented university graduates with high performance potential and the ability to represent the Bank effectively. To qualify for this outstanding opportunity in Garanti, you should have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, have proficiency in Turkish. Our Training Center offers intensive in-house tarining programs in General Banking for a period of 5 months. Upon completion of the program successful trainees are assigned to Head Office / Branches.
