16th International Istanbul Jazz Festival

The 16th International Istanbul Jazz Festival, organized by Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts, will be held on July 2nd-15th, under the sponsorship of Garanti Bank for the 12th time.
With more than 30 concerts, the 16th International Istanbul Jazz Festival is once again preparing to turn Istanbul into a jazz town. This year, the concerts spreading throughout the city will be held at the Cemil Topuzlu Open Air Theatre, The Marmara Esma Sultan, Aya Irini Museum, Cemal Resit Rey Concert Hall, Istanbul Modern, Nardis Jazz Club and Istinye Park.
This year, a new activity that will be lightened up with Balkan music called the Balkan Boat will get under way, in addition to the festival's traditional activity the Jazz Boat. Musical Bosphorus tours will be held on Sunday, July 5th and Sunday, July 12th, and “Street Concerts” will continue to bring the joy of jazz to the streets of Istanbul.
The schedule of the 16th International Istanbul Jazz Festival, sponsored by Garanti Bank for the 12th time, was introduced with a press conference held at The Marmara Esma Sultan.
The 16th International Istanbul Jazz Festival will start with the Opening Ceremony, which will be held at The Marmara Esma Sultan on Thursday, July 2nd. The tickets for the Istanbul Jazz Festival went on sale on Biletix sales channels and the IKSV Center (İstiklal Cad. No:64 Beyoğlu) on Saturday, May 9th.
